ABOUT
Hi, I'm Sian! I am from Wrexham and I am a 19-year-old photographer. I have always had a huge passion for photography but, I only started to focus on my hobby around 6 years ago. I chose photography as one of my GCSEs and was able to achieve an A* in the subject. I found the GCSE very exciting but I wanted to get out there more instead of spending most of my time in a classroom. I spent part of my summer in 2018 working at Amplified Open Air music festival for 3 days. I loved working at this festival as it was incredibly exciting and keeping busy at the festival made me appreciate it more. I also found that being in the pit felt a lot better than taking pictures behind the barrier and it gave me a sense of purpose. I love to shoot everything but my favourite is definitely music/festivals.

After I finished my GCSEs, I decided to take Sound Engineering in college as I wanted to stay within the festival industry but I didn't want to carry on with photography in a school environment. This was extremely fun and I loved it however, I missed photography every day.
I'm currently studying TESOL and Korean BA(Hons) at university and I love it.
I haven't been able to get out to any festivals/concerts due to covid but hopefully, I will be able to soon. :)
